Leave your worries and your camping equipment at home, and spend a night or two in our luxurious bespoke Shepherd’s huts. If you’ve ever dreamt of a more rustic life, with a dash of glamour, we might have exactly what you’re looking for!
Each Shepherd’s Hut is the perfect holiday for 2 people with a wood-burning fire, en-suite, kitchen, and double bed. If you’d like to complete the rustic-glamorous experience we have a private alfresco BBQ area for glamping customers. Each hut also comes equipped with its own hot tub. Includes complimentary cosmetic products: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and soap.

Glampio Gelli Glamping – Isabella Tents
Our new glamping area includes 3 brand new pitches with their own private parking and decking area. Sited on these pitches will be permanent glamping tents, made by Isabella, a company known Europe-wide for their premier awnings. These glamping tents will be fully equipped with a fitted kitchen and soft furnishings, you won’t need to bring anything. These tents are perfect for couples, families, and anyone looking for a luxurious camping holiday. Each tent can sleep up to 5 people.

Isabella Trailer Tent – Helyg
Looking for adventure? Are you a budding explorer? Here at Pen Y Bont, we have just the base for you! Come and stay in our Isabella Trailer Tent with space for the whole family or your fellow thrill seekers!
After a quick breakfast, away to enjoy the mountains, lakes, castles, waterfalls and rugged trails for both hiking and cycling – you name it, we have it! We are only a short distance from most major attractions, including Zipworld, Corris Caverns and much more.
After a hectic day, come back, relax and enjoy a great night’s sleep!

Prospector Castle Tents
“Not quite glamping, no hassle camping. Come here to unwind, and leave your tent behind”
Looking to stay in your very own castle? We have just what you need! Our new Prospector Castle tents offer you the chance to feel like a King or Queen for the duration of your holiday.
Stay on or off grid, this is a more traditional style of camping, without the hassle of packing away a wet tent at the end of your stay (this is Wales after all!)
Including a wood burning stove, the rest is up to you – bring with you what makes you happy 😊
PLEASE NOTE: Remember to bring your air/camp bed with you – these are not included. If you wish to use the electric hook up, you will require a camping cable.

Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans & Rooftop/Trailer Tents
All of our touring pitches are hardstanding and come fully serviced (electricity, water and waste facilities) as standard.
This is the pitch type to book if you are visiting us with a rooftop or trailer tent.
The camping area here at Pen y Bont is set in an area of its own but not too far away from the touring pitches for those of you travelling with friends. If you’re travelling with friends and wish to be close to them during your stay please add a note to the enquiry form and we will try to accommodate your request.
