What time is Check In and Check Out?
Check in is from 1pm onwards. Reception closes at 5pm – if you are due to arrive later than this, we ask that you let us know and we can explain the late procedure to you – we will leave a map on the front door of Reception with your surname, pitch number and directions to the pitch.
Check out is by 11am.
For Glamping units, check in is 4pm onwards and check out by 10am – this is to allow turnaround time for cleaning and emptying/refilling hot tubs.
Changes to these times can be pre-arranged where possible.

What is included on a fully serviced pitch?

What do I need to bring to connect to the electricity supply?
Guests will need to bring a 16A camping cable (see photo adjacent) to connect to the electricity supply on our touring pitches, electric tent pitches and in our Prospector Castle tents. It is recommended that the electric tent pitches use a Mobile Mains Kit.
Which pitch type should I book for my rooftop tent / tentbox?
Please book one of our fully serviced hardstanding touring pitches (caravan/motorhome/campervan pitches) for your rooftop tent / tent box as we don’t allow vehicles on the grass pitches. This helps to protect the grass from damage as well as preventing vehicles getting stuck if we have had a wet season!
If you need additional help, please pick up the phone and give us a call – we can advise on the best pitches to book!

I am visiting with family/friends – are we able to request pitches together?
Where possible, we always aim to site friends/family together if they wish. However, during busy periods – Bank Holidays and school holidays especially – which book up EXTREMELY QUICKLY, we need a lot of notice to be able to site people together and this may not always be possible. If this is important to you, please let us know on booking that you would like to be pitched together to give us the best possible chance of making it happen!
Alternatively, when booking using our website, the option to pick your pitches using our Interactive Map is very handy and ensures you know exactly where on the site you will be staying.
